Val Fleury is a Liberian-born DJ & Creative connoisseur.
She is a FEMMY Award winner, and has received acclaim from AfroPunk to NYLON for her energetic Afrowarehouse DJ sets that intersect house and techno with her West African roots. Val has a dynamic ear for underground, classic and contemporary selects, and is dedicated to showcasing underrepresented and international artists.
Val has spun for various audiences: Vegas and Sydney nightclubs, Shanghai to Houston fashion events, LA and Berlin raves, New Delhi to Paris radio shows, New York to Palm Springs pool parties and music festivals such as Coachella, Miami Music Week, and Roots Picnic. She has played on lineups with the likes of Honey Dijon, Diplo, DJ Tennis, Mo Black, Francis Mercier, Jazzy, Chris Lake and more.
